Grande Gift Hampers’ acceptance of each such offer is expressly subject to and conditioned on Your assent to these Terms and Grande Gift Hampers' Privacy Policy.

Grande Gift Hampers reserves the right, with or without prior notice, to do any one or more of the following: (i) limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; (ii) impose conditions on the honouring of any coupon, coupon code, promotional code, or other similar promotion; (iii) bar You from making or completing any or all sale transaction(s); and (iv) refuse to provide You with any product or service.
c. You agree that by placing an order on the Website, You are entering into a binding contract with Grande Gift Hamper and agree to pay all charges and taxes that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through the Website, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred including, without limitation, all shipping, taxes and handling charges.
5. Product Information and Inventory
Excluding any content that may be submitted by You from time to time, Grande Gift Hampers strives to ensure that the information on the Website is complete and reliable. Certain information may contain pricing errors, typographical errors and other errors or inaccuracies, which Grande Gift Hampers may correct without liability. Grande Gift Hampers also reserves the right to limit quantities purchased by You and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged). Grande Gift Hampers does not guarantee that all products described on the Website will be available.
6. Payment
All payments must be received by Grande Gift Hampers prior to shipment of Order. Grande Gift Hampers accepts only 100% payment online and DOES NOT accept cash on delivery.
7. Order Processing
a. Subject to Clause 7 (b), orders received are usually processed within two Business Days. For the purpose of this Terms, the term “Business Days” shall mean, a day not being a Saturday and Sunday, on which banks in India are open for normal banking business.
b. Grande Gift Hampers provides expedited shipping if requested ,at additional cost
8. Shipping and Handling
a. Subject to return of products under Clause 9 (a)(i), Grande Gift Hampers offers standard & Express shipping all over India on all pre-packed boxes. For the purpose of this clause 8, pre-packed boxes shall mean and include such boxes, bags and packages that are curated, designed and packed by Grande Gift Hampers exclusively. Standard shipping and express shipping options are available on all products, based on availability, and shall be charged in addition to the price of selected product. Such shipping fees shall be as displayed on product checkout. Grande Gift Hampers does not ship any of its product outside India.
b. You acknowledge that shipping and delivery schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Grande Gift Hampers is not liable for any delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to You upon product(s) delivery or service rendered to You.
c. Shop orders will ship within 2 (two) Business Days of being processed as per clause 7 for all in-stock items. Grande Gift Hampers will email Your tracking information as soon as possible.
9. Return of Products and Replacements
a. Grande Gift Hampers offers a 1 week replacement warranty for all products sold on its Website, under certain conditions mentioned here in below:
i. You will notify Grande Gift Hampers of any defect within 24 hours from the date of receipt of delivery of the products, provided such return is for reasons limited to damage during shipment, packaging defect, incomplete packaging, wrongly delivered or wrong product. Products should be returned in their original packaging to qualify for replacement. Shipping and handling charges for return of such defective products and replacement shall be borne by Grande Gift Hampers.
ii. Grande Gift Hampers shall not be held responsible and liable for variation of appearance or display of products on its Website.
iii. In the event that You fail to inform Grande Gift Hampers within the stipulated time frame and condition set out in Clause 9(a)(i), Grande Gift Hampers reserves the right to accept or reject such replacement request at its sole discretion.
iv. Grande Gift Hampers will replace/repair the defective product depending upon the warranty of the product at no extra cost. Grande Gift Hampers will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, Grande Gift Hampers reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the returned product is out of stock/ production.
v. You acknowledge that the return and replacement policy is not valid for certain products, including not limited to boxes customized by you, complimentary gifts, food items.
10. Refund Policy
a. You understand and acknowledge that all sales are final and
b. that there shall be no refund of any payment under any event whatsoever. In the event that You do not want replacement of a defective Product(s) under Clause 9, Grande Gift Hampers shall offer an in-store credit of the refundable amount, to your Website account within in a maximum of 15 Business Days from the date of receipt of notification of defect in accordance with Clause 9, and will be valid for 1 month from date of issue.
11. Order Changes and Cancellation
a. Any product additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details.
b. Orders cancelled before shipment, shall be charged a restocking fee 10% of the order value. Orders cannot be cancelled once product(s) have been shipped.
c. Grande Gift Hamper may, without liability, cancel any accepted order before shipment if our credit department does not approve Your credit or if there are other problems with the payment mode selected by You.
d. Cancellation policy is not applicable on any Membership, Contest, Discounted schemes/offers.
12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The Policy herein shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or/and relating to the Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Kochi.
13 Pricing Policy
Our products are an assortment of different items which can be selected as a ready to ship precurated gift hamper set or can be created by the purchaser using ‘create your own gift hamper . Product prices are not linked to their individual MRP but are comprehensive in nature and include costs related to sourcing, packaging, pilferage, risk and material costs.
